One-on-one Training
With our new training format, our trainers come to you! We can go to your home or work and conduct hands-on training. Our training includes a step-by-step color manual. All of our class descriptions are listed on the CLASSES link.
One-on-one training is 3 hours in length. The training is instructor-led, hands-on and includes a step by step color manual. Any class, can be scheduled for any day from 9am-12pm or 1pm-4pm. Need another time, evening or weekend? We can do that too! Just give us a call!

Classroom Training (On-site)
Have multiple employees that need training on a subject such as Excel or PowerPoint? We can put together a custom training package that meets the needs of your business. We can teach any of the classes listed on the CLASSES link above, or mix and match class content! Our trainers will come to your location, we can do half-day, all-day, weekend or evening classes as well. Training can be hands-on (based on your facility) or we can do presentation style. Give us a call, tell us what you need and we'll create a training program just for you!

Expert Assistance with your Computer
You don't need a class, but just help with multiple software issues? We can help you! Our instructors can go to your home or work and sit down with you one-on-one to help you figure out what is going on with your computer. Need to hookup a wireless network, get online, add a printer, make a backup, speed up the computer, etc? We can help you do it!! Give us a call and tell us what is going on! We'll find the best suited instructor and come to you! We have pricing for one hour, or bundles for a more long term approach.

Group Presentations
Need a presenter for a meeting or special event? Give us a call! We have given presentations for groups from 10 to 200 people. We can create a presentation that will be informative and educational for your group. Some of our most recent presentations were on topics such as "How'd you do That" for Marigold, "The New Internet" for the State of Michigan IAAP, Windows 7, iPhone, Microsoft Tips/Tricks, Database Administration, "Are you Smarter than a 5th Grader" for Grand Traverse Woman Magazine, and more! Our sessions generally qualify for CPE as well. Just give us a call or send an email, to discuss your needs!

Classroom Training (Public)
We have several exciting partnerships in the works. These will be various locations around town where we will be offering training that is open to the public. Because of the partnerships the classroom training will be available at a reduced rate. The details will be coming soon, but one location that is for sure is the Traverse City Senior Center.
